The customer support is immaculate, and they are friendly and extremely helpful. I don't have many problems with the bike, and it's done it's job very well so far, but I did notice the battery does not last long at all for me. I basically only use it on full speed so I'm sure that's why, but I take it to and from work about 3 times(about 17km total) and the battery is basically empty. It isn't that big a deal as I can charge it at work but I definitely couldn'ttake it out for a long trip! I also noticed a part that comes loose from time to time if I don't tighten it like crazy. It is not a bad bike by any means, just has a couple things I personally found a bit off!

I purchased the Nova e-bike and it had exceeded my expectations. I live in a very hilly area of Victoria BC and this bike climbs any hill I've tried. The boost is great when I can't quite get the PAS goi g right away on a hill. So glad I picked this streamlined comfy bike.

Great value for the price. Love the Matt Black and for 500W has lots of power (that was a surprise). Easy to put together without issues and seems to be of good quality.

Great bike so far I even got 2 friends to order bikes but one part I can’t figure out where it goes I don’t know if it’s a bottle holder if so not sure where it goes??

All though it took a few extra days to have it shipping ready, it was worth the wait ! The tork on this baby is mind boggling ! It does exactly what ithey advertise it does and much more ! It climbs hills like a pro, maneuvering it is great, only two cons, mechanical brakes and light instability with the handle bar, otherwise a really awesome fat bike !

Didn't have a single doubt after riding the Road Runner GT E-bike to work and back home safely. I need a reliable, clean (electric, renewable energy) mode of transportation to get to work and I highly recommed E bikes that can go the distance like mine can.
